Walkers Woods is a beautiful community of homes centrally located in the Carolina Forest region of Myrtle Beach. The community was first developed in 2002, and with the homes being less than 10 years old, there will be less upkeep than in much older homes. The homes have all been built in traditional, contemporary, and ranch style, in 3, 4, and 5 bedroom floor plans, and 1000 to approximately 2700 heated square feet.

The community has a beautiful clubhouse and pool area, and offers numerous lake views at various home sites throughout the community. Residents of Walkers Woods are close to both ends of Carolina Forest Boulevard, making it easy for residents to access the stores, restaurants, and entertainment options at both ends.

Residents of Walkers Woods are also just a few miles from the Atlantic coast and numerous major highways to access the north and south ends of the Grand Strand. More recently sold properties in Walkers Woods have been in the low to high 100’s, making this community quite affordable.

Community Pool

The pool will open for the season on Sunday April 15, 2012 at 9 AM. The pool hours are the same, 9AM until 11PM.

The pool can only be accessed by the use of a magnetic pool card. You must use the same magnetic pool card you were issued last year. If you have misplaced your pool card, a replacement card can be obtained at Waccamaw Management, during their regular business hours, Monday - Friday. No cards will be issued on the weekends. There is a $25.00 fee for a replacement card, and you must have a photo ID in order to receive a card.

Owners must be in GOOD standing with the HOA to be given a pool card. If you are 30 days behind in your assessments or fines you will not receive a pool card, nor will your pool card be activated until the assessments or fines are paid.
